I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is picturesque, surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, and the buffet dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The friendly staff provided helpful information on walking and bike tours, enhancing my experience. However, there were some flies around during breakfast, which was a bit off-putting.

They were of good size and of modern decor, which made my stay nice and comfortable although not too big. The service was well informed and helpful, with the staff being friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was a good jumping-off point for sightseeing breaks and activity breaks, very central to several lakes, mountains, and the beautiful scenery of the Austrian Alps. The dining offered a good variety of food, but was not exceptional. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
